Slaving away...
On Sulfur: The Last Family, RED BAND! 2!, the script for issue 2 of the RED BAND! comic book. Wrote a short story called "run like hell", still finishing it up, the only problem is i have nowhere to submit to since it is...different.
Watched THE DEAD, a cool lilttle throwback zombie flick featuring romero/fulci slow zoms. I thought it was kick ass.
I really have nothing to post about, just hard at work writing...

RED BAND! Issue 1 Script
Has been emailed to Mark and Stefano. It will be soon, very soon, before the 5 page preview is completed and then shopped around to a handful of comic publishers. There will be a lucky few who will get a sneak into the world that is RED BAND!
Nothing else has really been happening around here lately. Mostly just working on RED BAND!, the sequel RED BAND! 2! and other small things. More on those later....

UPDATE A Go-Go!
A few things going on right now...
The draft for the first issue comic book adaptation of RED BAND! has been completed. Going to run through the draft and clean it up, it goes through the first 10 chapters of the book. I've introduced a new character who is a friend of mine in real life that I promised long ago that I'd put him in a book. He will be a major character throughout the story, plus I've expanded on how the sauce came to be as well.
I can't express how much fun it is going back to this story and turning it into a visual medium. I can finally describe the small things that I couldn't put into the story since it would slow it down to a snails pace. There will be alot of visual gags throughout that will probably translate into a contest at some point.
The kickstarter campaign will be restarted in a few weeks. Look out for the link....
I was contacted recently for an interview with newspaper regarding writing to publishing and using kickstarter. Will be setting that up in the next week. More details to follow.
May 18-20 2012, I will be at Sci-Fi In The Valley in Johnstown Pa. This is a new convention spanning Science Fiction, Horror and Fantasy. Panels will be announced in a few weeks but I'll be part of at least one of them. Also I'll need a bit of help for the weekend since Barb can't go. Any takers?
